5. Subscription & Billing

• Pro Season Pass: One-time purchase valid for the current NBA season

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Season passes are one-time purchases valid for the current NBA season. Pricing may vary by platform. Payments are processed through the respective platform's payment system (Apple App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android, or web checkout).

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital information services, all purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of season passes. Refund requests for in-app purchases should be directed to the respective app store (Apple or Google). If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account access or resell our Service. Each subscription is for a single user only.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Fade AI, including but not limited to our prediction algorithms, data analysis methods, and user interface, are owned by Fade AI and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fade AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service or any betting activities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
